This Privacy Policy explains what personal data 3B Powers collects when you use 3bpowers.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can: you do not need an account to use the website.
1. Who is responsible
3B Powers is responsible for your personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@3bpowers.com.
2. Data we collect
Inquiries and contact messages: your name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, the service or topic, budget range and your message.
Title requests: the title, platform, optional official link, optional email for updates and any notes.
Reviews: your name, rating, comment and an optional email (never shown publicly).
Purchases: your email, the product bought, amount and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by us.
Technical data: IP address (stored only as a one-way hash for spam and abuse protection), browser type and pages visited, through privacy-friendly analytics if you consent.
Browser storage: your theme choice and recent searches are stored in your own browser and are not sent to us.
3. Why we use it
To answer your inquiries and messages and to deliver projects you ask for.
To process purchases, send your order link and receipts, and handle refunds.
To publish approved reviews and manage title requests.
To keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
To understand how the website is used so we can improve it (only with your consent where required).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis
We process your data to take steps you request before a contract and to perform it (inquiries, projects, purchases), for our legitimate interests (security, spam prevention, improving the website), to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and with your consent where it is required (analytics cookies, optional update emails).
5. Who we share it with
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, file storage and admin login), Stripe (payments), Resend (sending emails), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection), our hosting provider Namecheap, and Google (Gemini) for drafting product descriptions in the admin panel, which does not receive your personal data.
We may share data if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
6. International transfers
Some providers store data outside your country. Where this happens we rely on their standard contractual safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
Inquiries and messages: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless a project needs a longer record.
Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Reviews and requests: while they are shown on the website or until you ask us to remove them.
Hashed IP and security logs: up to 90 days.
8. Cookies
We use only what the website needs to work (for example remembering your theme in your browser). Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@3bpowers.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
Data is stored with access controls so only authorised admins can see inquiries, messages and orders. Admin accounts are protected by strong passwords, and connections use HTTPS. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
11. Children
The website is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be highlighted on the website.
