3B Powers is a digital solutions studio. We provide services such as website and WordPress development, mobile apps, VPN solutions, learning platforms, AI creative work, SEO, backlink outreach, automation, IT and server support, branding and prompt engineering. We also list software, apps and games for download, and sell some digital products.

You may browse the website, send inquiries, request titles, download free items and buy products without creating an account.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, upload malicious code, send spam through its forms, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.

Information about our services on the website is a general description, not a binding offer. A project starts only when we agree its scope, price and timeline with you in writing (for example by email), and any payment terms stated there apply.

Quotes are valid for the period stated in them. Timelines depend on you providing content, feedback and access on time.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of the final deliverables passes to you once the project is paid in full. We may keep the right to use third-party components under their own licences, and to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Support after launch is provided for the period agreed for each project. Further work is quoted separately.

Software, apps and games listed on the website belong to their respective developers and publishers and are subject to their own licences. Download links point to official sources or to files we are permitted to share.

You are responsible for checking that a download is suitable for your device and for following its licence. Where provided, please verify files with the SHA-256 checksum shown on the product page.

Downloads are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for loss of data or damage to devices caused by third-party software.

If you believe an item on the website infringes your rights, email info@3bpowers.com with details and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.

Paid products are sold as guest purchases. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store your full card details.

After payment you receive a private order link by email. The link works for a limited time and number of downloads, which are shown at checkout. Keep the link private.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include or exclude taxes as stated there.

Refunds: if a product does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem, contact info@3bpowers.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds for services follow the terms agreed for each project. [confirm refund rules]

When you submit a review, a title request or a message, you confirm that it is your own, accurate and lawful. Reviews are checked before they appear and we may decline or remove any submission.

We only add requested titles that are free or legally distributable.

The website design, text, logos and the 3B Powers name belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Product names, logos and cover art belong to their respective owners and are used to identify their products.

The website links to other websites and stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or policies.

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the website or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
